with Love

Handlebar Diner® is a 50's Valentine Diner that the folks from DMB and Eastmark brought out from Loveland, Colorado. This project required several hundred man-hours, multiple companies and government agencies to get the job done.

Chef Adam Allison and his business partners were approached with this project in January of 2017. Although all are seasoned vets to the Restaurant and Catering business, this is nothing they have ever been a part of before. Allison and the team love the vision of what this Diner has become and have helped the design for the Eastmark Community.

March of 2023 the Handlebar Diner Agreement was acquired and Chasie Womack was selected as the Owner/Operator. Chasie’s goal for the Diner is to provide a healthy and fun place to bring your families in Eastmark for great food.

Note: A unique and vanishing slice of roadside Americana; this tiny building with a distinctive boxy shape and red & white paint job are called Valentine Diners. Typically seating only 8 to 10 patrons, these pre-fabricated cafes were manufactured for several decades beginning in the 1940's by a company started by entrepreneur Arthur Valentine, and were eventually located across the country. Relatively few still exist; those that are still open for business are rarer still. The Handlebar Diner as far as we know is 1 of only 4 still left in existence and the only one with an operating business as a Diner.

The actual diner then known as Valentine’s Diner for sale in 2015 before being moved to Eastmark from Colorado.
